Nothing ruins a custom bagger’s lines like the unsightly gaps between the rear fender and the saddlebags. Whether you want to bolt on a set of fillers to your existing setup or go for the ultimate seamless look with a full fender replacement, we have the stamped-steel solution to get your rear end looking right.

Fender Fillers: The Economical Custom Touch

If you love your stock fender but hate the gaps, our fender fillers are the perfect bridge.

  • The Function: These panels fill the void between the fender and the saddlebags, hiding the mounting hardware and creating a smooth, "wrapped" look for the back of your bike.
  • Upper vs. Lower Fillers:
    • Upper Fillers: These accent the lines of the fender and hide the clutter around the struts. We offer smooth versions for a clean look and slotted versions for those running a detachable Tour-Pak® or backrest.
    • Lower Fillers: These smooth out the area closer to the exhaust, giving the back of the bike a rounded, custom profile.
  • The Build: Made from 16-gauge steel (not plastic!) and E-coated to resist rust, these are "painter approved" and ready for color-matching right out of the box.

"THE ONE" Rear Fender: The Ultimate Integration

For the rider who wants a truly seamless, show-stopping look, we created THE ONE Rear Fender.

  • The Function: This is a one-piece, stamped 14-gauge steel, rear fender with integrated filler panels. By TIG-welding the fillers directly to the fender at the factory, we’ve eliminated the seams, bolts, and separate parts.
  • The Build: It’s manufactured using our signature deep-draw stamping technology. This isn't a flimsy fiberglass cover—it’s a structural, heavy-duty steel fender that handles road debris with ease.
  • The Look: It features perfect spacing that lines up with your rear top strut covers and works seamlessly with stock bags, stretched bags, or our own saddlebag extensions.

Style and Options

It all comes down to your accessories. If you run a detachable Tour-Pak® or backrest, you’ll need the Slotted version to allow the mounting hardware to pass through. If you keep your rear end "clean" without those add-ons, go with the Smooth version for the most uninterrupted lines.

Never. Our fillers and "THE ONE" fenders are made from stamped steel. Steel provides a better surface for paint, won't crack like fiberglass over time, and offers the durability you expect from a premium American-made part.

Fitment and Compatibility

Our standalone Upper and Lower Fillers are primarily designed for 1995–2008 Harley-Davidson® Touring models (Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, and Electra Glide). They are the perfect way to modernize the look of an older bagger.

"THE ONE" is engineered for 2009–2025 Harley-Davidson® Touring models. It is pre-drilled to accept all your stock detachable mounting hardware and brackets, making it a true "bolt-on" custom part.

  • Note: Like our windshield trims, these do not currently fit the 2023+ CVO or 2024+ redesigned fairing/body styles.

Yes! Both our fillers and "THE ONE" fender are designed to flow perfectly into stock-length bags or stretched bags. If you’re looking to get that "stretched" look on a budget, pair our fillers with our Saddlebag Extensions.

Installation and Paint

Our steel parts come with a high-quality E-coat (electro-static coating) finish. This serves as a rust-inhibitor and a perfect primer base. Your painter will love working with these because they require minimal prep work compared to raw steel or fiberglass.

Our fillers do not come with pre-cut lighting holes. This gives you the freedom to choose your own aftermarket LED strips or "frenched" tail lights. Because they are steel, your custom shop can easily drill or cut them to fit whatever lighting setup you can dream up.

For the fillers, it’s a straightforward bolt-on process using the provided hardware. For "THE ONE" fender, it replaces your entire stock rear fender. Because it is pre-drilled and uses OEM mounting points, it’s a manageable project for any "garage builder" with standard tools. 👊🏻
