When you’re building a custom machine, the difference between a "good" bike and a "Klocked" bike is in the details. The front axle area is often overlooked and left with bulky stock nuts and exposed hardware that break up the clean lines of your lower legs. 

Flush Mount Front Axles: Strength Meets Style

Most axles are just there to hold the wheel on. Ours are designed to be a centerpiece of your front end.

  • The Function: Our Flush Mount Axles move the hardware inside the assembly, leaving you with a smooth, clean look on both sides of the fork.

  • The Build: We use stress-proof steel that is 2 to 3 times stronger than your stock axle. It’s finished with a black-nitrate coating for ultimate corrosion resistance, so it won’t seize or rust over time.

  • The Look: Each kit includes polished stainless steel end caps. These caps provide a high-end finish that stays bright, but they can also be powder-coated if you’re going for a specific custom color theme.

Fork-N-Finish: The Lower Leg Cap

If you aren't ready to swap the whole axle but want to "dress up" the lower right-side fork leg, this is your go-to part.

  • The Function: This CNC-machined cap covers the unsightly axle nut and exposed threads on the lower fork leg.

  • The Build: Machined from 6061 billet aluminum right here in the USA. We use countersunk mounting hardware to ensure that nothing pokes out, maintaining those clean, uninterrupted lines.

  • The Look: Available in show-quality Chrome or a deep black powder coat to match your lowers.

Fitment and Compatibility

We offer two primary fitments for the Touring family:

  • 2008–2025: Fits Street Glide, Road Glide, and Road King models with 25mm axles.
  • 2000–2007: Fits the previous generation of Touring models.
  • Note: These do not currently fit Tri-Glide models.

Does the Fork-N-Finish piece fit all years? Our Lower Fork Leg Caps are specifically designed for 2000–2013 Harley-Davidson® Touring models (Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, and Electra Glide). They are designed to fit perfectly with OEM front forks.

Installation and Technical Specs

Yes. By using stress-proof steel, we’ve engineered an axle that can handle the rigors of high-speed long-distance riding and custom wheel setups better than the hollow or standard-grade steel used in many factory applications.

If you can remove your front wheel, you can install this axle. It’s a straightforward swap that requires no permanent modifications to your fork legs. The kit includes the axle, end caps, and all necessary hardware. For the Fork-N-Finish cap, it’s a simple bolt-on part that takes less than five minutes.

Absolutely. We ship them in a polished stainless finish because it’s durable and looks great with chrome, but many builders choose to powder coat them to match their wheels or "murder out" the front end.
